摘要
文章设计研究出一套一步法制备固体PSAFS工艺 ;采用正交试验法 ,通过煤泥水的混凝试验 ,确定最佳工艺参数为 :Fe/Si摩尔比为 1,Na2 SiO3·9H2 O溶液聚合时间为 5min ,反应时间为 2 0min ,反应温度为 4 0℃ ;通过PSPFS和PSAFS以及商品PAC的对比试验 ,得出PSPFS在处理低浓度煤泥水时 ,要好于商品PAC。
This paper devises a set of techniques of preparation of solid PSAFS and then the best technological parameters are obtained by applying orthogonal design in the coagulating test of coal slurry:Fe/Si molar ration 1,Na 2SiO 3.9H 2O solution polymerizing time 5min,reacting time 20min,reacting temperature 40℃.And through comparing tests among PSPFS,PSAFS and merchandise PAC,the paper comes to a conclusion that PSPFS is more suitable than PAC for treating low concentration coal slurry.
