摘要
本文报道用染色体畸变分析估算一例^(60)Co 源事故受照者的剂量及3 a 的随访观察结果。结果表明,用染色体畸变分析估算的剂量为1.46 Gy,与用物理方法测得的剂量(1.42 Gy)几乎相等;双着丝粒体加着丝粒环(双+环)是估算剂量的最佳指标;在照后3 a 受照者染色体畸变仍高于正常水平。
For a person exposed to ^(60)Co γ-rays,biological dose was estimated to be 1.46 Gy at earlyphase by analysing chromosome aberrations.This estimate of dose is nearly equal to physical doseestimation(1.42 Gy).The results show that dieentrics plus centric rings were the best indicator forbiological dose estimation.At 3 years after exposure,frequency of chromosome aberrations for thisperson was still higher than that in normal human.
