摘要
本文对内循环接触氧化反应器处理生活污水进行了研究。试验结果表明:COD的去除率可维持在90%左右,出水COD<120mg·L-1;BOD5的去除率可维持在90%以上,最高达99%,出水BOD5<60mg·L-1;NH+4 N去除率可达45%;总磷去除率可达40%;反应区混合液SS可达2 1g·L-1,VSS浓度可达1 4g·L-1,VSS/SS可稳定在64%左右;填料湿重挂膜量平均为284g·L-1,干重挂膜量平均为8 9g·L-1。
In this study the Internal-recycle Contact Oxidation Reactor was used to treat municipal wastewater.The results indicated: the removal rate of COD_(Cr) keeps at 90%, the corresponding effluent COD_(Cr) is less than 120 mg·L^(-1); the removal rate of BOD_5 keeps higher than 90%, the maximum removal rate can reach 95%, and the corresponding effluent BOD_5 is less then 60 mg·L^(-1); the removal rate of NH^+_4-N can reach 45%; the removal rate of TP can reach 45%; the suspended solid(SS) concentration in reactor can reach 2.1 g·L^(-1), the volatilizable suspended Solid(VSS) concentration can reach 1.4 g·L^(-1), the ratio of VSS/SS is stable at 64%; the mass of attached biomembrane in terms of wet weight is 284 g·L^(-1) and that in terms of dry weight is 8.9g·L^(-1).
