摘要
在Ru/C催化剂作用下,4-乙基苯甲酸(2PA)在氢氧化钠水溶液介质中,加氢合成了4-乙基环己基甲酸(2HA)。研究了工艺条件对2PA转化率的影响,得出最佳合成条件是:Ru/C与2PA的质量比为4∶100;反应温度90°C;反应压力5MPa,2PA的转化率为100.0%。催化剂可重复使用3次。
4-Ethylcyclohexylcarboxylic acid(2HA) was prepared from 4-ethylbenzoic acid(2PA) over ruthenium/carbon catalyst in aqueous sodium hydroxide solution.The influence of reaction conditions was studied. The optimum conditions for the preparation of 2HA are:amount of catalyst based on the weight of 2PA,4%; reaction temperature, (90°C); reaction pressure, 5MPa.The conversion of 2PA was 100.0%, and the catalyst can be used three times.
