摘要
本文以原苏联切尔诺贝利核电厂事故后对公众采取干预措施的经验为参考,结合近年来有关反应堆事故源项的认识,讨论了核事故情况下选择干预措施时值得重视的一些问题。
Referring to the experience of intervention measures taken for protecting the public afterChernobyl accident,and recent knowledge of source terms of reactor accidents,the noticeable aspectsof selecting of intervention measures for nuclear accidents is discussed.
