摘要 为了解决不锈钢管道内壁的去污问题,开展了金属管道内壁电解去污试验装置的研制。试验装置由阳极转动系统、阴极移动系统、电解液循环系统、试验阳极、试验阴极等组成,电解液的主要成分为20%(wt)NaNO_3溶液。试验结果表明,本装置运行平稳,操作简单,各项指标基本达到设计要求。 In order to perform decontamination of inner surface of stainless steel pipe,a testapparatus was developed.It consisted-of anode rotating system,cathod moving system,electrolyte circulating system,trial anode and trial cathode et al.The main constituent ofelectrolyte solution was NaNO_3(20%wt).Test showed that the apparatus worked steadily,the operation was simple,and the design requirements for various performances were largelyfulfilled.
