摘要
本文报道了2例^(56)Mn 引起的β射线皮肤辐射损伤病例。根据现场调查、模拟事故发生情况及对受照材料的理化分析,确定皮肤的辐射损伤主要由^(56)Mn 的β射线所引起。估算皮肤7 mg/cm^2深度处的吸收剂量,例1右手为22.9 Gy,左手为15.2 Gy;例2右手局部为5.2 Gy。例1于受照后20余天,双手相继出现水泡,临床诊断为双手Ⅱ度急性β射线皮肤损伤;例2右手拇、食指尖仅出现干燥、脱屑,临床诊断为Ⅰ度急性β射线皮肤损伤。2例经冶疗后均痊愈。
Two cases with ^(56)Mn-induced β radiation injury of skin are reported in this paper.Based on the Survey of the accidental scene,the simulation of exposure conditions and physi-cal and chemical analyses of the materials contacted by them, it has finally been determinedthat their skin injuries were mainly resulted from β rays of ^(56)Mn which accounts for 99 percent of the total absorbed dose.According to the estimatation of absorbed dose at 7 mg/cm^2,the dose was 22.9 Gy at right hand and 15.1 Gy at left hand for case one, and for another,it was 5.2 Gy at fingers of right hand.More than 20 days following exposure,some blisters and bullae were developed in succesion at both hands of the first case and for him,a di-agnose wasmade as second degree of the acute β-ray skin injury.For the second case,only the dry desquamation oc-curred later at the thumb and the tip of index finger on his right hand.The clinical diagnosis was decided as afirst degree of the acute β-ray skin injury.After treatment,both were healed.
