摘要
研究热泉水化学成分与菌藻席群落结构的关系。直接提取四种菌藻席 (mat)总DNA ,PCR扩增获得 16SrDNA的V8高变区片段 ,进行DGGE分析。结果 :四种菌藻席的细菌组成差异很大 ,DGGE条带数目最低为 2 0 ,最高为 4 7;4种菌藻席共有的条带为 1。结合文献报道的 3个热泉的水化学性质分析 ,表明水化学成分是热泉生态系统中重要的生态因子 。
To research the relationship between the chemical element of springs and the strcuture of mat.The community genome DNA was extracted from the four kinds of mat.V8 DNA of the 16S rDNA was amplified by PCR and the V_8 DNA was analysised by DGGE.There were respectively 47,26,23 and 20 bands in the DGGE patterns of GMQ,YJQ,LHT and HTJ.And there was only one band in common among the DGGE patterns of the four samples.The result indicated the chemical elements in the water of hot spings was one important ecology factor to decide the component and structure of the mat under the same temperature in the hot springs.
