摘要
测定不同氨基酸组成日粮对罗曼褐蛋鸡育成期日增重、饲料效率和尿素氮等指标的影响 ,探讨蛋鸡育成期日粮理想氨基酸模式。结果表明 ,Ⅱ组饲料氨基酸配比理想 .通过数学模型推出蛋鸡育成期日粮理想氨基酸模式为 (假定赖氨酸为 1 0 0 ) :蛋∶胱∶苏∶精∶异亮∶亮∶赖 =32∶30∶6 6∶2 2∶75∶32∶1 0 0。这样饲料蛋白质水平降低约 2个百分点而不影响鸡的生长发育 ,降低生产成本 ,提高经济效益 ;同时降低氮排出量 。
The feeding effect at different amino acid level of Roman Brown egg- layers at 14 to 18 week age was tested. The ration was corn-soya bean, containing 5 amino acid level groups, in which, including a control group (Ⅴgroup). The production performance and the blood biochemical indexes were analyzed. The results showed that in the case of essential amino acid and other nutrients in full need, the feed that Ⅱ group consume was the least, which was lower significantly than Ⅴ group (P<0.05), and also lower significantly than Ⅲ group (P<0.01). AKP and SOD of Ⅱ group were the highest, too. The differences of bending strength and tibial length of every group were not significant. So that The production performance and the blood biochemical indexes of Ⅱ group was the best at 14 to 18 weeks. The basic ration was analyzed, and it showed that the ratio of the essential amino acid of Ⅱgroup was the most ideal pattern. Supposed that the lysine was 100, the ideal amino acid ratio pattern was as following:Met∶Cys∶Thr∶Arg∶Ile∶Leu∶Lys=32∶30∶66∶22∶75∶32∶100.
