摘要
本文首次报道了从马尾松离体胚诱导丛生芽苗的试验结果。试验结果发现丛生芽苗的形成必需有适当浓度比例的BA和NAA,二者缺一不可。离体胚在MS+BA0.5~1.0mg/l+NAA0.2mg/l的培养基中,从子叶上分化出的丛生芽生长状况最佳。离体胚在MS+BA0.6mg+GA0.2mg的培养基中,萌芽率最高,苗的长势最佳。
In this paper the experimental result is reported for the first time that many buds has been induced from cultured embryo of Pinus massoniana. It is found that the buds formation needs suitable BA/NAA ratio in the tissur culture of the embryo of Pinus massoniana, that the embryo can become divided to form many buds from the cotyledon in the MS medium with BA 0.5-l.0mg/1+NAA 0.2mg/l, and these buds grow well, and that the higher the budding rate, the better the buds grow in the MS medium of BA 0.6mg/1+GA 0.2mg/l.
