摘要 本研究测定了七个不同抗病性的油桐品种病叶(果皮)和健叶(果皮)的过氧化物酶活性、比活性及同工酶。油桐受病原菌侵染后,过氧化物酶活性比活性的增加与抗黑斑病之间呈正相关;分析了离病斑不同距离组织的过氧化物酶活性比活性,结果表明,发病后抗病品种过氧化物酶活性比活性大幅度提高,但影响范围相对较窄,感病品种过氧化物酶活性比活性提高幅度较小,但影响范围较广;过氧化物酶同工酶不能反映油桐品种间抗感病性差异。 The peroxidase activities, specific activities and isozyme were analysed in the diseased leaves (peel) and healthy leaves(peel) of seven tnug oil tree (Aleurites Fordii) varieties with different resistances, with the result showing that after infection, the increased percentage of the peroxidase activities and speoific activities of the resistant varieties was higher than that of the susceptible ones. The activities and specific activities of peroxidase of the tissues at different distances from spots were also studied, with the results indicating that the activities and specific activities of resistant varieties has a big increase in the tissues near the spots, but had a comparatively small area of affection, that to the contrary, those of the susceptible varieties had a little increase in the tissues near the spots, but had a compar ratively large area of affection. It is found that the peroxidase jsozyme didn't indicate the differences of the resistances and susceptibilities among varieties.
