高校传统的学生工作理念与工作方式在诸多方面与我国社会发展和高校加快改革的步伐脱节,与国家现行的高等教育政策存在不适应甚至相悖的方面。牢固确立以人为本这一高校学生工作的科学发展观,改革和完善学生工作的工作方式和运行机制,是高校学生工作顺应社会发展潮流、不断开创新局面从而永葆生机与活力的必然要求。

The traditional concept of dealing with students' affairs in higher learning is out of line with our society development and higher learning reforming steps, meanwhile the traditional concept is in conflict with present higher education policy. Based on the students, to establish scientific development views on students' affairs and reform and perfect working patterns will make students' affairs working comply with social development current and will bring forth new looks.
