A Study on the Systematic Informationization Engineering in the Urban Districts and Communities

城市街道社区信息化是城市信息化的重要基石 ,是国家网络资源库的一个有机组成部分。它是一项系统工程 ,包括 :街道政务信息化、社区管理信息化、社区服务信息化、小区信息化和家庭信息化等。本文运用系统工程思想 ,对城市街道社区信息化进行研究 ,提出了系统的框架、功能和网络架构 。

The informationization in the urban districts and communities is not only a cornerstone of the urban informationization,but also an organic composition of China's national network resources bank. As a systematic engineering, it is composed of the informationization of the district governmental affairs, the informationization of the community administration, the informationization of the community services, the informationization of living zones, and the informationization of family life. Based on the principle of the systematic engineering, the paper conducts an exploration of the systematic framework, functions, computer network and the related supporting technologies for the informationization in the urban districts and communities.
