本文通过对上海汽车工业发展趋势的分析 ,对其人才需求分别作了总量与结构以及紧缺程度的预测。在此基础上 ,为上海汽车工业的人力资源建设 ,从企业。

Based on the analysis about the development trend of the auto industry in Shanghai, the paper has an estimation of the HR demand, HR structure and HR urgency in need respectively. Such estimation helps the authors in this paper to put forward some suggestions to the construction of auto industry HR in Shanghai with the consideration of the perspective of enterprise, university and government.
