多效唑对桑树试管苗生长的影响

Effects of PP_(333) on Tissue-cultured Seedlings of Mulberry Tree

试验结果表明 :多效唑可降低桑树茎段试管苗的株高 ,促进根部生长旺盛 。

PP 333 is a kind of plant growth regulators,PP 333 was used in plant tissue culture In 1990s.In this paper, the effects of PP 333 on tissue-cultured seedlings of Mulberry Tree were studied. The results showed PP 333 could inhibit the excessive growth of plantlet effectively, improve the root development and increase chlorophyll content of plantlet leaves when 0.5～1.0 mg/L of PP 333 were added in tube-plantlet of Mulberry tree.
