摘要
在以二苯甲酮(BP)为光敏剂,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)为交联剂存在下,研究了聚氯乙烯的紫外辐射交联过程;考察了光敏剂和交联剂的用量、光辐照温度、光照时间、光照气氛和增塑剂等因素对交联过程的影响。发现其凝胶产率随辐照时间的延长和交联剂用量的增加而增大,辐照温度较高、交联剂用量大则交联密度也较大,增塑剂能促进交联反应的进行。
The photocrosslinking of PVC with benzophenone as photoinitiatorand trimethylolpropanetrimethacrylate (TMPTMA) as crosslinking agent has beenexamined. Various factors affecting the crosslinking process (the concentration ofphotoinitiator and crosslinking agent, irradiation temperature and time, atmosphere,plasticizer) were investigated. Gel yield increased with increased irradiation time andTMPTMA content. Crosslink density increased at higher irradiation temperature andTMPTMA content. The rates of PVC crosslinking reaction werc enhanced with theplasticizer.
