网络环境下,高校图书馆应该在创造良好借阅环境和提供优质服务等方面充分体现对读者的人文关怀,满足读者的文献信息需求的同时,关注读者的精神心理需求,更好地发挥情报职能和教育职能。

A college library should be reader-concerned both in building a good reading environment and in supplying the readers with high-quality services in good environment. At the time the library satisfies the reader's demands for document information, it must follow the reader's spiritual and psychological needs so as to give full play to information and education.
