摘要
采用^(60)Coγ射线照射,对短小芽胞杆菌E_(601)菌株片及金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌进行D_(10)值(即杀灭90%细菌所需剂量)测定,以及对中药牛黄解毒粉进行辐照灭菌观察。结果表明,以上各菌辐射杀伤的D_(10)值分别为2.1、0.17、0.07和0.08kGy,牛黄解毒粉经10kGy辐照后,能达到灭菌效果。
Four types of micro-organisms (B. pumilus E_(601). S. aureus, B. pyo-cyaneus and B. coli) exposed to ^(60)Co γ-radition. D_(10) values were determined.Results indicat that for D_(10), values were 2.1. 0.17. 0.07. 0.08 kGy respectively. At10 kGy levels of treatment Bezoar detoxification powher, the number of micro-or-ganisms is zero.
