摘要
在分析我国产业化技术项目评价存在的问题的基础上,建立和完善了基于市场为导向的集技术本身、社会效益、法律状态、经济效益、风险等集成的产业化技术项目评价指标体系;并对各指标进行量化测定;在实现各指标量纲归一的基础上,建立了产业化技术项目综合评价模型。实现了单个产业化技术项目的综合评价;基于特定目标下,多个产业化技术项目根据评价结果实现排队和优选。
It analyzes the problems of evaluation of industrialization technical item of our country,builds and consummates the index system,which based on market orientation and converging technique,society benefit,law estate,economic benefit,risk factors and so on; and quantifies index system; on the base of the index system's dimension go back to one,it builds up the integrated evaluation model. Single industrialization technical item's synthetical evaluation comes true;according to the evaluation result that based on the particular goal many industrialization technical items can be ordered and optimized.
