摘要
对内生镰刀菌Fusariumsp.GI024进行了生物学特性的研究。结果表明,内生镰刀菌Fusariumsp.GI024在20~37℃下生长较好,最适生长温度为25℃,4℃时不能生长。该菌在pH值为5 5~7 5菌落生长较好,最适生长pH值为5 5,pH值4 0~7 5产孢较多。光照对菌落生长和产孢有一定影响,黑暗、连续日光灯照射(24h)、黑暗与日光灯(14h)交替处理对菌落生长影响差异不显著,2h紫外线照射对菌落生长和产孢无抑制作用。该菌能利用多种碳源和氮源,糊精、麦芽糖、DL 丙胺酸和L α 丙胺酸有利于该菌生长和产孢。
Fusarium sp.GI024 could grow at temperature between 20-37 ℃,with the optimal growth at 25 ℃,while it could not grow at 4 ℃.The fungus could fit a wide pH value range.Conidia germinated well between pH 5.5-7.5,with the optimal growh at pH 5.5 and between pH 4.0-7.5 was the best range for sporulation.Treatments of darkness or with daylight lamp or darkness with alternative daylight lamp did not show significant effects on the mycelium growth of the fungus .The treatment of ultraviolet light had no significant reduction on mycelium growth.When cultured in artificial media,the fungus could utilize monosaccharids as well as alcohols as carbon sources and many kinds of inorganic and organic nitrogen.The proper nitrogen for the growth and sporulation were dextrine,maltose,DL-alaine and L-α-alanine.
