Value of Companies——Decomposition of EVA and Factor-analysis

本文以EVA的基本思想为基础,对EVA进行了五个层次的分解熏分别评价企业不同方面的业绩。然后又在EVA分解的基础上形成3项组合和5个企业状态指标。本文还认为可以利用主成分分析方法,对5个企业状态指标进行降维处理。最后本文用上市公司数据进行了EVA分解的实际计算和主成分分析。

Based on the thoughts of EVA, this article raised that EVA can be decompose into five perspectives. Each of them points performance of a company's different sides. Then the five perspectives of EVA can form three combinations and five index. This article considered that the factor-analysis could be used to reduce the index. This article also used the data of listed companies of 2002 to process the calculation of decomposition of EVA and the factor-analysis.
