摘要
从九龙藤 (BauhiniachampioniiBenth .)的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定 5个黄酮类化合物 ,经波谱分析确定其结构分别为 :Quercitrin(1) ,Myricitrin(2 ) ,(- ) Epicatechingallate(3) ,5 ,6 ,7,3′ ,4′,5′ hexamethoxyflavone(4 ) ,5 ,6 ,7,5′ tetramethoxy 3′ ,4′ methylenedioxyflavone(5 )。化合物1~ 3为首次从该植物中分到 ,另外 。
Five compounds Quercitrin(1),Myricitrin(2),(-)-Epicatechin gallate(3),5,6,7,3′,4′,5′-hexamethoxyflavone(4)and 5,6,7,5′-tetramethoxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxyflavone(5)were isolated from the ethanolic extract of Bauhinia championii Benth..Their structures were elucidated by spectral evidence. Compounds 1 ~ 3 were isolated from the plant for the first time. The assignments and the 1H NMR data of Myricitrin(2)were firstly reported in this paper.
