野鸦椿酯类化合物抗炎症活性与结构的研究 被引量:21

摘要 从野鸦椿 (EuscaphisjaponecaKantiz)枝叶的甲醇提取物中分离得到 3个结构相似的酯类化合物 ,通过波谱分析鉴定为 7 hydroxy 2 octen 5 olide (Euscapholide ,1) ,3,7 dihydroxy 5 octanolide (2 ) ,和methyl 5 ,7 dihydroxy 2 (Z) octenoate (3)。化合物 1和 3具有较强的抗炎症活性 ,而结构相似的化合物 2却不显示抗炎症活性 ;通过对这些化合物及诱导体的抗炎症活性的测定 ,初次确定野鸦椿酯类化合物的抗炎症活性与其结构中的α、β不饱和羰基密切相关 。 The methanolic extract of Euscaphis japoneca Kantiz yielded three anti-inflammatory compounds:7-hydroxy-2-octen-5-olide (Euscapholide,1),methyl 5,7-dihydroxy-2(Z)-octenoate(2) and methyl 5,7-dihydroxy-2(Z)-octenoate(3),and their structures were elucidated from the spectroscopic data.The compound(1) and (3) could suppress inflammation,respectively.But the Anti-inflammatory activity of compound 2 was 0%.Through the Anti-inflammatory activity of theinduced-compound(1)'s measured,this first paper reported that between anti-inflammatory activity of Euscapholide α and β unsaturated keton of Euscapholide had a inseparable relation.The compounds can inhibit body of cyclooxygenase to realize its anti-inflammatory effect.
