构建我国对外直接投资理论框架的一些思考

无论从实践还是从理论上看,我国对外直接投资都处于初级阶段。本文通过对西方主流跨国直接投资理论和有关发展中国家对外直接投资理论的简要回顾,提出有关构建我国对外直接投资理论框架的一些观点:应从企业这一微观角度入手,借鉴现行的直接投资理论的基本思想,结合我国特有的大国综合优势,分析我国企业对外直接投资的实现条件、企业国际化经营的战略选择和对外直接投资的效应,并以企业通过对外直接投资以发挥、维护、培育、发展和寻求竞争优势作为考察的主要内容。

FDI of China is at the beginning period from the point of view either in theory or in practice. This article will bring up some opinions about how to construct the FDI theory frame of China through the brief review of FDI theory in developed and developing countries. Studying from the viewpoint of enterprise, recurring to the basis ideas of FDI, combining the advantages of big country, analyzing the condition of feasibility, international strategic choices and effect of enterprise in China investing on foreign countries, this article will focus on how to exert, sustain, cultivate, develop and seek the competitive advantage of enterprises in China in the beginning period of investing foreign countries.
