21世纪是新经济时代。建设适合新经济时代的企业文化,不仅是顺应世界管理科学发展的趋势,也是企业生存和发 展的迫切需要。本文根据当前企业文化现状,探讨建设适合新经济时代的企业文化问题。
The 21th century is a new economic times. To build proper enterprise culture is not only the world administration development tendency, but also the urgent need of enterprise existence and development. According to the status quo of enterprise culture, this article discusses on constructing proper enterprise culture in new economic times.
