摘要
具有较高人力资本的农村劳动力容易获得就业机会,农村剩余劳动力的迁移是实现农村城镇化,增加农民收入,提 高就业机会的必经之路。本文通过人力资本与就业机会的相关理论分析我国农村剩余劳动力迁移存在的问题及有效途径。
Rural labor force with higher human capital will be able to get a job opportunity much easily and migration of the rural labor force is the basic way for changing the rural area into city and township, and increasing the farmer's income and increasing the job opportunity. With a careful study of the theory in the human capital and job opportunity, this article analyzes the problem existing in the mobilization of rural labor force in China and gives the suggestion on effective methods should be implemented.
