债权人作为重要的资金提供者和利益相关者,在公司治理中没有发挥其应有的作用。本文着重探析了债权人治理 效率缺失成因及解决对策。
As the important capital provider and stakeholder, creditors played relevant role in corporate governance. This paper emphasizes on anlyzjng the lack cause of creditor governance efficiency and countermeasures.
