从委托代理角度看政府信用

The Credit of Government from Perspective of Agency on Commission

政府信用在我国社会信用体系中起着重要作用 ,但在当今 ,我国的政府信用在很多方面存在着不同程度的缺失现象 ,阻碍了社会主义市场经济的发展。文章拟从公众和政府之间存在着的事实上的委托代理关系的角度出发 ,对政府信用缺失的现状进行分析 。

The credit of government plays an important role in the social credit system of China. But at present, it has demonstrated many drawbacks in various aspects, which have hindered the development of socialist market economy. From the perspective of exiting relationship of agency on commission between the public and the government, this article analyzes the drawbacks of the government’s credit and accordingly comes up with strategies of rebuilding the credit system of the government.
