摘要
世界经济全球化带给人才服务业前所未有的挑战。在全球化背景下 ,作为人才配置主渠道的政府人才服务机构只有充分认识到自身的优势和劣势 ,只有敏感地把握机会和直面威胁 ,才能从内忧外患中脱颖而出。“渐进”、“激进”、“跟进”都是一种权宜之计 ,政府人才服务机构只有从战略的高度“巧进”才能真正突围 ,品牌战略、整合战略、服务战略、研发战略、联盟战略。
The economic globalization brings about unprecedented challenges to talent service industry. In the context of globalization, government-run talent service organs could survive and thrive only when their advantages and disadvantages are actually recognized. Gradual adaptation, rapid adaptation and normal adaptation are simply makeshifts. Only by adopting strategic measures such as brand strategy, integration strategy, service strategy, R&D strategy, alliance strategy and talent strategy could we tactically deal with all the challenges.
