黑荆树皮单宁组分研究Ⅰ——单宁提取分级和黄烷—3—醇分离鉴定

Study no Tannins from Black Wattle Bark(Ⅰ)——Exratction and Fractionation of Tauuius and Ideutification of Flavan-3-ols

从江西四年生黑荆(A.meainsii)树皮中提取的单宁,经溶剂和葡聚糖凝胶sephadex LH-20柱分级得到其低分子组分。后者经制备衍生物和硅胶板制备层析分离,并用~1HNMR 和^(13)CNMR 等方法鉴定了三个黄烷-3-醇单体:儿茶素、棓儿茶素和刺槐亭醇(Robihitinidol)

Tannins,extracted from Black wattle Balk of 4.qeavs old in Jiang xi, were fractionated by solveut extraction and Sephadex LH-20 column chroma- tography to ottaiu a lowmoleculav fraction.Tgree flavau-S-ols,namely cate- chiu,gallocatechiu and robiuitiuidol,were odeutified from the fraetion.lesiug HNMR and ^(13)CNMR spectroscopy,after prepara tion of the devivatives and isolation by Si-qel prepalative TLC.
