摘要
本文介绍了地理信息元数据的概况和日本地理信息元数据标准研制的过程,详细阐述了日本地理信息元数据标准,分析了JMP2.0和ISO19115的关系,进一步说明了元数据和数据交换网的概念,最后指出了地理数据共享存在的问题和发展方向。
First of all, the situation of geo-information metadata standardization in the world and the establishing procedure of Japanese metadata standardization are summarized. Then Japan Metadata Profile (JMP 2.0) is described in detail and the relationship between JMP 2.0 and ISO19115 are analyzed. At last, the concept of metadata and clearinghouses is explained and the existing problems of geographic data sharing are pointed out.
