摘要
目的 检测血管内皮生长因子 (vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及微血管密度 (microvascular density,MVD) ,探讨其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化 S- P法检测内异症患者在位内膜及异位内膜各 30份 ,正常对照组子宫内膜 15份组织中的 VEGF,并对 CD34阳性血管进行 MVD计数 ,同时测量微血管管腔及管壁的面积。结果 患者在位及异位内膜腺上皮组织中 VEGF表达明显高于正常对照组 ,两者有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。在位内膜及正常内膜腺上皮 VEGF评分分泌期与增生期相比 ,有显著增加 (P<0 .0 5 )。异位内膜组织中 VEGF较在位内膜相比 ,显著增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但无周期性变化。在位内膜及异位内膜组织中 MVD、血管腔及血管壁面积明显高于对照组。结论 在位内膜及异位内膜组织中
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the measurement of microvascular density (MVD) in patients with endometriosis.Methods Immunohistochemistry assay was used to measure the level of VEGF in 30 cases of eutopic endometrium, 30 cases of ectopic endometrium, and 15 cases of normal endometrium. The blood vessel density was estimated by counting staining with an endothelial marker CD34.Results The level of VEGF in glandular epithelium cells in eutopic and ectopic endometrium was much higher than that of normal control. Compared with eutopic endometrium,the VEGF in ectopic endometrium increased significantly( P <0.05), but showed no cyclic change. MVD and the area of the blood vessel wall and cavity in eutopic and ectopic endometrium were larger than that of normal control. Conclusion The higher expression of VEGF may be involved in development of endometrosis.
