摘要
本文对临床实习教学的管理进行了总结 ,只有顺应现代高等教育的发展 ,加强师资队伍建设 ,实施有效管理体制 ,才能保证临床教学质量 ,提高学生综合素质。
In this paper the management of clinical prectice teaching was summarixed,Tometch the development of modern ligher education Shengthan the constraction of teacher's team,carry on the system of effective management,to ensure the quasity of teaching in clinical practice.
