摘要
针对SGW—40T型链板输送机存在的缺点,中国矿业大学与南京煤矿机械厂共同研制了55kW输送机减速器,已通过严格的型式试验和工业性试验,并于1988年9月进行了总结评定。55kW减速器是根据部颁系列型谱MT15—82要求设计的,是兼顾改造40T和链板机换代的新部件。文章详细介绍了减速器优化设计计算,可供设计同类型减速器借鉴。
China Mine Industry University together with Nanjing Coal Mine Machine Fae tory developed a new type of 55kW conveyor reducer used on SGW-40T chain conveyor in replacement of the old one which exposed lot of defects in the past. The new reducer had passed the in situ test and been certified in Sept.1988. Paper describes the optimized design and calculation in detail.
