摘要
探讨图书馆管理中实施激励手段的策略,初步归纳为五种:因人制宜,雪中送炭;公开透明,群策群力;憧憬未来,感召员工;两类奖励,相辅而行;顺应形势,竞聘上岗。
This paper discusses the encouragement in the library management. The library service should suit measures to local conditions, rely on two types of encouragement, compete to serve the students and teachers, be in accordance with the times and depend on the ideal librarians.
