对农林院校经济管理类本科教学改革的思考

A consideration of the reform of undergraduate teaching in the economic and management sectors of agriculture and forestry universities

农林院校经济管理类本科教育由于存在诸多弊端 ,已经不能适应现代社会对新型人才的需求。为此 ,本文提出四大改革思路 :增强学生对课程设计的知情权和学习参与感 ;培养学生的综合素质和多方面的能力 ;采取多种指标评估学生 ,避免“一试定终身”的弊端 ;积极尝试新的教学手段 。

The undergraduate education in the economic and management sectors of agriculture and forestry universities are unable to meet the demands of modern society for brand-new human resources for its various defects and the paper proposed four major perspectives on reform. These include: to enhance students' rights of knowing and sense of participation on course design, to foster the overall quality and capabilities of students, to use multiple indicators to evaluate students to avoid the disadvantages of taking final exam as the single evaluation indicator, and to make use of new teaching tools. Based on the approaches mentioned, the paper puts forward the specific measures to improve the teaching quality.
