V-Bi-La/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂选择氧化脱硫化氢

Removal of hydrogen sulfide in hydro treating play off gas by selective oxidation

用γ-Al_2O_3为载体熏钒、铋为活性组分,镧等为助剂而制成的催化剂,考察该催化剂在大庆石油化工总厂以加氢富气为原料选择氧化脱硫化氢的转化率、选择性和稳定性能。用加氢富气进行1000h以上的长周期反应熏结果得出:其平均转化率为93%熏均选择性为90.5%。进行工业放大性试平验时,其平均转化率及选择性完全可以达到试验水平。

Aγ-Al_2O_3catalyst containing V,Bi,La was used to selectively oxidate H2S in hydrotreating play off gas to elemental sulfur.The result shows that this catalyst has a perfect activity and selectivity to elemental sulfur.In1000hours run,the conversion of H2S was96.1%,and the selectivity to sulfur was90.5%on average.
