加入WTO后宁夏煤炭工业可持续发展研究

An Analysis on the Sustainable Development of Coal Industry in Ningxia after China's Entry into WTO

宁夏是全国煤炭资源较为丰富的省区之一,煤炭工业在宁夏国民经济发展中起着重要的作用。本文首先对宁夏煤炭工业的发展现状和存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,认为目前宁夏煤炭工业的市场竞争力偏弱。然后结合世界煤炭工业发展的趋势,分析了中国加入WTO对宁夏煤炭工业的影响以及宁夏煤炭的需求前景。为推进宁夏煤炭工业的可持续发展,提出了调整产业结构、加强科技创新、增强企业联合、加快信息化建设等对策措施。

Ningxia is one of the provinces that have abundant coal resources and its coal industry takes an important role in the development of its national economy in Ningxia. Firstly, this paper makes an in-depth analysis for the current status of and the problems existing in coal industry in Ningxia(ciN), and deems ciN has a weak market competitiveness in coal industry. Then, combined with the analysis of the developing trend of world coal industry, of the influences to ciN after China's entry WTO and the demanding foreground to ciN, this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as the adjustment of coal industry structure, advancement of science and technology, unite of corporations and construction of information, to boost the sustainable development of ciN's coal industry.
