摘要
介绍了复合平衡齿轮泵的结构、原理及流量特性基础理论,说明了复合平衡齿轮泵的分类依据、诸啮合点初始位移和一般位移的分析方法;给出了2类4种复合平衡齿轮泵的位移和流量脉动率公式.简要说明了修正时对啮合点初始位移的影响,给出了修正齿形的第2类复合平衡齿轮泵流量脉动率公式.简单介绍了复合平衡齿轮泵的设计原则,并制做了样机,搭建了实验系统并进行了实验研究.比较本样机和一般外齿轮泵的压力脉动曲线,结果表明,复合齿轮泵的几何流量脉动和压力脉动远小于同齿数的外齿轮泵,具有优良的流量均匀性和极低的噪声.
The structure, principle, flow characteristic, the classification rule and the analysis method of the initial displacement and general displacement of the engaged points of the compound balanced gear pump were introduced. Also the formulas of the displacement and flow pulse of the four type compound balanced gear pump was presented. Under the condition that the engaged line initial displacement is influenced by modified tooth form, the formulas of the flow pulse rate of the second type compound gear pump was deduced. The compound gear pump was designed and manufactured, whose experiment system was established to measure the pressure pulse of the compound gear pump and general outer gear pump. After analysis and comparison, it's concluded that the geometrical flow and pressure pulsation rate are far less than those of identical numbers of teeth of outer gear pump and it has excellent flow well-distributed and very low noise which verified the correction of the theory.
