摘要
本文以分光光度法中标准曲线的绘制为例,论述了微机在线性回归方程拟合质量检验中的应用原理及其方法。该方法计算绘图均为编程自动进行,准确快速,适于在实际工作中使用。此法不仅可应用于分光光度法,也可推广应用于其它分析方法方面,具有实用意义。
The principle and method of applying microcomputer in testing the imit- ating quality of Linear regression equation are described in this paper,along with the examples as the drawing of standard curve in spectrophotometry, In this way,both computation and drawing can proceed automatically by programming and be precise and speedy,so this way is very suitable for actual work.
