摘要
本文通过对 1 2家国有大型煤炭企业科技人才状况的抽样调查 ,掌握了国有煤炭企业科技人才现状和需求变化 ,分析了人才结构、人才流动、人才专业需求与分布等一些深层次问题 ,有针对性地提出了可操作的对策建议。
On the basis of the sample investigation of the qualified scientists and technicians in twelve large scale state owned coal enterprises to find out the present state of these scientists and technicians and the demand changes of these enterprises, the paper analyses the structure, the mobility, the technical or professional requirtments and the distribution of these qualified personnels and puts forward some specific operational countermeasure suggestions.
