The Opportunities and Challenges for Chinese Real Estate Brought About After the Entry of the WTO

加入 WTO,对中国房地产业带来的影响是既有机遇又有挑战 ,总体上是机遇大于挑战 ;近期看可能是利弊相当 ,长期看则是利要远远大于弊 ;但是对与房地产业相关的建材业来说 ,则是挑战与机遇同在 ,甚至可能是挑战多于机遇。本文对此进行了分析 ,并提出相应的对策 ,旨在为中国房地产业的发展提供决策依据。

The entry of the WTO brings about both opportunities and challenges for the Chinese real estate. The opportunity is generally greater than the challenge . In the near future, it may be that the pros and cons are just equal, but in the long run the advantages should be far greater than the disadvantages; but for the building materials industry correlating with the real estate, the challenges coexist with the opportunities, or the challenges may be more than the opportunities. They are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in this paper to offer the decision basis for the development of the Chinese real estate.
