摘要 目的 用心理应激方法建立大鼠卵巢内分泌功能减低模型。方法 采用声 光 电复合刺激引起心理应激获得大鼠卵巢内分泌功能降低模型。结果 模型大鼠动情周期紊乱 ;血清E2 、P水平、肾上腺抗坏血酸含量明显降低 ;垂体、卵巢、子宫重量明显降低 ;卵巢形态学变化明显。结论 这是一种有用的卵巢内分泌功能降低的动物模型。 Objective To establish a sub-functional model of ovarian endocrine patterns in female rats by means of psychologic stress. Methods The model was established by a complex stimulas of sound, light and electricity to bring about psychologic stress and induce dysfunction of ovarian endocrine in female rats. Results Estrous cycle got confused, the serum estradiol(E 2),serum progesterone(P) and ascorbic acid levels in adrenal gland were lowered, and the weight of the pituitaries, ovaries and uteruses were also decreased in the treated rats significantly. Meanwhile, the morphology of ovary changed obviously.Conclusion Its a useful experimental sub-functional model of ovarian endocrine functions in female rats.
