目的 研究生长比格犬对多种蛋白原料配合日粮中蛋白质和可消化蛋白质需要量。方法 氮平衡试验。结果 存留蛋白对食入蛋白的回归关系为Y1 =- 11 0 5 +1 82X1 - 0 0 4X12 ;存留蛋白对可消化蛋白的回归关系为Y2 =- 7 2 7+2 14X2 - 0 0 7X22 。结论 达到最大蛋白质沉积时的蛋白质进食量是每日 2 2 8g kg体重。达到最大蛋白质沉积时的可消化蛋白质进食量是每日 15 3g kg体重。
Objective The propose of the study is to determine the protein requirement and the digestible protein requirement of growing Beagle dogs fed with practical dry-type diets containing mixed protein sources. Methods Nitrogen balance test was used. Results The regression equation between nitrogen consumed and nitrogen retained is Y_1=-11.05+1.82X_1-0.04X_12; The regression equation between nitrogen digested and nitrogen retained is Y_2=-7.27+2.14X_2-0.07X_22. Conclusion The optimal dietary protein allowance for maximal protein retention is 22.8g/(d·kg) of body weight. The optimal dietary digestible protein allowance for maximal protein retention is 15.3g/(d·kg) of body weight.
