复方丹参对^(60)Co-γ照射小鼠淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察复方丹参对小鼠淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的影响。方法 用淋巴细胞转型试验 ,T 淋巴细胞功能测定和巨噬细胞吞噬活性检查 ,观察小鼠巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞变化。结果 在6 0 Co γ照射后的小鼠中 ,饲复方丹参小鼠的吞噬细胞吞噬指数、淋巴细胞转型率和T 淋巴细胞活性较未饲复方丹参小鼠明显增高。结论 中药复方丹参对6 0 Co γ射线辐射小鼠所致的免疫细胞损伤有保护作用 ,尤其对T 淋巴细胞活性的维持和恢复有较好的防护治疗作用。 Objective To deterime influence of Compound Salyia Miltiorrhiza Bunge on lymphocytes and macrophagocytes in rats. Methods The changes of lymphocytes and macrophagocytes in rats were examined with tests of lymphocyte transformation and phagocytosis of macrophages and T-lymphocytic subfamily activity. Results Degree of lymphocyte transformation and phagocytic index of macrophagocytes and T-lymphocytic subfamily activity in rats in irradiation drug group were higher than in only irradiation. Conclusion Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge possesed preventive efficacy to the damage of immune cells induced by 60Co-γ ray in healthy rats, especially to retention and revitalization of T-lymphocytic activity.
