摘要 太阳能-除湿机联合干燥装置由太阳能集热系统、除湿机、干燥室和控制装置组成,是新能源设备和节能设备结合起来运行的干燥装置。经测试,67.32m^2透光面积的太阳空气集热系统在顺昌县12月份非阴雨天,向干燥室平均供热功率可达17kW以上;第三、四季度,向干燥室最高供风温度分别为94℃和82℃;12月份测试太阳能集热系统瞬时效率为35.2%。建造该装置提供1kW有效热能的投资小于建造水电站发1kW电的投资。 The solar energy-wet removal machine combined drying apparatusconsists of the solar energy heat-collecting system, wet removal machine, dryinghouse and control apparatus and is the drying apparatus operated by combiningnew energy equipment with energy-saving equipment. Test results revealed thatthe solar air heat-collecting system with 67.32m^2 of photic area could provideover 17kW of heat power for the drying house on an average in Shunchang Coun-ty in the non-overcast and non-rainy day in December;it provided 94℃ and 82℃of wind temperature to the maximum for the drying house in the 3rd and 4thquarter, respectively; and the instantaneous effciency of solar energy heat-col-lecting system tested in December was 35.2%. The investment of providing1kW of effective heat energy in building the apparatus is smaller than that ofgenerating 1kW of electricity in building a hydropower station.
