摘要
在试验室条件下,以松脂为原料经熔解、过滤除杂后,直接与苯酚、甲醛进行缩合加成反应,再用甘油酯化,制得210松香改性酚醛树脂.并通过正交试验,选出了较好的工艺条件。
Under the condition of laboratory, the debris of pine resin (taken asraw material) was removed through fusion and filtration, afterward it was direc-tively conducted condensation addition reaction with phenol and formaldehydeand was also esterified with glycerol, and then '210' rosin modified phenolicresin was finished. Moreover by means of an orthogonal experiment better tech-nological conditions were selected.
