刑事案件现场勘查规则的修订设想

现场勘查规则实际上就是现场勘查专业总则 ,它主要包括技术管理标准和行政管理标准两个方面的内容。本文认为 :刑事案件现场勘查规则 (以下简称勘查规则 )的实施 ,应是在相关法律和技术法规的有效保障和监控之下 ,按照相对的稳定性、标准的确定性、适当的超前性等修订原则 ,对现场勘查的每一个环节、每一个技术方法、每一个操作步骤制定更加严格的、细化的专业标准 ,才能确保在犯罪现场勘查工作中 ,在现场物证的提取、运送、保全和检验鉴定的诸环节上 ,实现法制化、标准化和规范化的建设目标。
