摘要
本文介绍一种应用于李干脱核机中将李干翻转180°的机械手原理方案的设计和分析。文中着重介绍以下几个方面的内容:根据设计要求,制定了机械系统方案;夹持机构中机械手手部的设计与分析;提升机构中圆柱凸轮机构的设计计算;翻转机构中半转马氏机构的设计与分析;分度机构中齿轮—槽轮组合机构的设计。该原理方案已应用于产品设计上,且取得了良好的效果。它对于机械式机械手的设计与分析以及在教学上都具有一定的参考价值。
This paper presents the design and analysis of theorematic programme of the manipulator which is used to turn over the dry plum to 180°in the machine stoned dry plum.The following items are especially discussed.According to the design requirements the programme of mechanical system is enacted;The design and analysis for the manipulator hand in the clamp mechanism;The design and calculation of the cylindrical cam in lift mechanism;The design analysis of the half-rcvolution geneva mechanism in turned mechanism; The design of the gear-geneva assembly mechanism in the graduation mechanism.The principle presented in this paper has been put into production design and the result is gut.It may be valuable for the design analysis of mechanic mode manipulator.
