摘要
文章剖析了防卫意图的含义 ,并指出防卫意图在我国正当防卫制度中占有十分重要的地位 ,某些行为因不具有防卫意图或防卫意图不真实而不得成立正当防卫。
Defense intention is an important component of China's system of legitimate defense . Some acts can not constitute legitimate defence because they have not defence intention or the defence intention is not real.
